Serrano Park is a charming community in the northern region of Lake Forest, California. Residents enjoy many resort-like amenities and are close to schools, stores, restaurants, entertainment, and recreation.
All of the subdivisions were built by S&S Homes. Amenities include two swimming pools, heated spas, sand volleyball courts, a clubhouse, many parks, trails, and greenbelts. The Serrano Park I neighborhood offers at least ten floor plans. The smallest offers 1,450 square feet, three bedrooms, and a two-car garage. One of the largest has over 2,000 square feet along with four bedrooms and a three-car garage.
Serrano Park II offers six plans that range from 1,967 to 2,997 square feet, and two to three car garages. Every home here has four bedrooms. Streets that make up this neighborhood include Avenida Manantial, Calle Gruta, Calle Horizonte, and Paseo Arboleda. Serrano Park III also offers four bedrooms and two to three car garages. These homes range from 1,684 to 2,997 square feet. The streets of Avenida Nubes, Paseo Vendaval, and Calle Recreo comprise this tract.
The Saddleback Unified School District has jurisdiction in this community and provides highly ranked Rancho Canada Elementary School, Serrano Intermediate School, and Toro High School. Some families prefer private schools like Abiding Savior Lutheran School, Escalade Academy, Lake Forest Montessori School, and Arbor Christian School. There are many colleges and universities within an hour’s drives in cities like Irvine.
There are many parks nearby such as Rancho Serrano Park and Serrano Creek Community Park. There are several shopping centers in this region like The Foothill Ranch Town Center which feature many high end merchant options to residents.
The city of Lake Forest began home construction in the mid 1960s and today offers a variety of condos, move-up estates, and detached single family homes.
